Wells Engineering designed the penstock and powerhouse for the Miller Creek Ditch Hydro Project near Meeker, Colorado. The project was featured in a technical paper presented at HydroVision International 2017 in Denver, titled “Partnerships to Develop Rural Small Hydro Projects.” The paper can be downloaded here.
